We ship worldwide.  All shipping costs including packaging, postage and transport insurance are billed at actual cost.  Any import customs duties and taxes that may apply are to be paid by addressee (typically at delivery).

Each and every one of our products is inspected and fully tested before leaving our workshop.  All of our guitars and cabinets are backed by a 3-year warranty to the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship.  Our effect pedals are backed by a 1-year warranty to the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship  Warranty is effective from the date of shipment from our premises, in case of a direct sale.  In case of purchase through dealer, we require to be sent a copy of the bill of sale (by post, fax or email) within 30 days of purchase to activate your warranty, which is effective from the day of purchase.  Please, snail mail to:

We handle all warranty work at the above-mentioned premises.  Our warranty does not cover any damages caused by improper use or mishandling.  Our warranty does not cover any possible shipping damage to or from our premises: we strongly suggest that you request us to ship the goods fully insured, or that you insure the goods you're shipping to us for their full value. All insurance costs on shipping will be billed at cost.
